8.1.1 介词的基本概念#

介词：$prep.$

• 介词 -> “接”词；
  • 不可以单独使用，后背必须接词；
• 后接三类词、构成介词短语：
  • 1. 名词；
  • 2. 代词（宾格）；
  • 3. 动名词（doing）；
• 注意：
  • 介词后背不能接谓语，所以后接动词的短语中，动词作为动名词使用；
  • 介词短语是简单句的扩展部分；

8.1.2 要点#

1. 介词短语 = 介词 + 名词/代词/动名词（doing）；
2. 注意每一个介词不同的含义；
3. 介词短语是句子的扩展成份，属于非核心成分，但是是极为常见的内容补充；

8.2.1 表示时间的介词#

介词：at/on/in

• 在… 时间点/时间上/时间内
• at：时间点（具体时间）；
• on：时间上；
• in：时间内（年、月、季节、上午、晚上）

介词：before/after

• 在… 时间之前/之后

介词：from/since

• 自从… 时间之后

介词：by/until

• 截止到（直到）… 时间

介词：for

• 持续… 时间

介词：during

• 在… 时间之内

举例

• On a cold winter’s day, few culinary pleasures can match it.
• In March 1997 ,he lost $72,186.
  • 在很大一个时间之内；
• Since the days of Aristotle, a search for universal principles has characterized the scientific enterprise.
  • 自从亚里士多德之后；

8.2.2 表示地点或范围的介词#

介词：at/in/on

• at：在… 地点；
  • 指的是把这个地方当成一个整体的地点来看；
• in：在… 里面；
  • 在一个范围里面：in the room -> 在这个房间中；
• on：在… 上；
  • 指的是一个平面上方：on the table -> 在这个桌子上；
• 举例：
  • 人躺在床上 -> on/in -> on：在硬床上躺着；in：床很软，陷在床里面；
• 介词的意思取决你你使用的目的，可以灵活使用；

介词：on/above/over

• 在… 上面
• on：表示表面上有接触的物体上面；
• above：表示各种上方；
• over：表示无接触的上方 -> 在河面上方；

介词：under/below/beneath

• 在… 下面

介词：in front of/behind

• 在… 之前
• 在… 之后

介词：near/by

• 在… 附近

介词： beside/beside/next to

• 在… 旁边

介词：between/among

• between：不是表示一共只有两个东西，而是对比的对象是两两对比即可；
• among：在很多人里面，使用among；

介词：around

• 在… 周围

介词：into/out of/onto/off

• into：
  • 进入… 里面：从外往里面的动态的变化；
  • in：去、在里面；
  • into：往里面进去的过程；
• out of：从… 里面出去
• onto：从里往外面去；
• off：脱离…

介词：across/through/past

• 穿过…/经过…
• past：表面上没有解除的；
• across：在表面上面走过去的；

介词：along

• 沿着…

介词：from/to，towards

• 来自…/朝着… 去

举例

• But many within the public sector suffer under the current system, too.
• 很多人在这个公共部门里面受到现在体系下的苦；
• The link between dreams and emotions shows up among the Patients in Cartwright’s clinic.
• Information flows from the media to the influentials and from them to everyone else.
• 信息从媒体流向了有影响力的人，并且从那些有影响力的人那里有流向了所有人；

8.2.3 其他用法的介词#

介词：of

• … 的…（表示属性）
• A of B 通常翻译成 B 的 A；
• 两种例外情况：A 是数词 OR 量词
  • Two of student 可以翻译成学生中的两个，也可以翻译成两个学生；
  • The window of door of classroom. 教室中的门当中的窗户；

介词：about

• 关于…

介词：with/without

• 伴随着有…/没有…

介词：for

• 为了……：表示目的
• 对于……：表示对象
• 因为……：表示原因

介词：by

• 通过… 方法、方式
  • by bus：通过坐公交来；
• 被… 做
  • 被动语态 + by：表示什么事情被动作发出者做；
• 相差了…
  • 表示变化的差额/幅度；

介词：as

• 像… 一样
• 例如/比如
• 尽管…

举例

• They perpetuate the myth of the lone genius.
• It also sent a clear message to the outside world about his aspirations.
• Despite these factors, many social scientists seem reluctant to tackle such problems.
  • 尽管有这些问题，很多社会学家们还是不愿意去解决这些问题；
